Policies

 Policies may change and you agree to current policies by purchasing from my website.

 

Return policy: I do not take returns or refunds. Once prepared for shipping, all sales are final.

Cancellation Policies:
If it has been less than 24 hours AND your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, some orders may be cancelled and if approved I will refund minus a 15% restocking fee. However I will not take cancellations or refunds for items won in any auction on Instagram and then purchased from me here on my website. Auctioned items are sold as is, no cancellations or returns. I also do not cancel orders for dolls that are custom or made-to-order.
I do not accept cancellations if your order has been prepared for shipping and I do not accept cancellations if it has been more than 24 hours since your order was placed.

Lost/damaged packages:

If you are unhappy with your purchase or if your package gets damaged or is lost and does not show as delivered please contact me at libertylavenderdolls [at] gmail.com

If your package was insured and not received and does not show as delivered please contact me and I will help you file a claim with the insurance agency.

Processing times:

It can take up to 1-3 business days for me to process any order of ready-to-ship items.  I usually ship via USPS.

Custom or made-to-order work ships in varied times, please check the listing.

Additional policies for orders shipped outside of the USA:

INTERNATIONAL customers may have to pay import taxes, customs fees or other charges when they get their package, those are ALWAYS the responsibility of the buyer. It depends on your country’s laws and is not something that I have any control over, same as any other seller. If you want your package to be tracked it will cost more since only priority shipping is tracked internationally.
