FAQ & Basic Policies


Return policy: I do not take returns or refunds. Once prepared for shipping, all sales are final. 

Cancellation Policies:
If it has been less than 24 hours AND your order has not yet been prepared for shipping, most orders may be cancelled and if approved I will refund minus a 15% restocking fee. However I will not take cancellations or refunds for items won in any auction on Instagram and then purchased from me here on my website. I also do not cancel orders for dolls that are custom made, preorder or made-to-order.
I do not accept cancellations if your order has been prepared for shipping and I do not accept cancellations if it has been more than 24 hours since your order was placed. 


Lost/damaged packages:

If you are unhappy with your purchase or if your package gets damaged or is lost and does not show as delivered please contact me at libertylavenderdolls [at] gmail.com 

 If your package was insured and not received and does not show as delivered please contact me and I will help you file a claim with the insurance agency.


Additional policies for orders shipped outside of the USA:

INTERNATIONAL customers may have to pay import taxes, customs fees or other charges when they get their package, those are ALWAYS the responsibility of the buyer. It depends on your country's laws and is not something that I have any control over, same as any other seller. If you want your package to be tracked it will cost more since only priority shipping is tracked internationally.

Auctioned items are sold as is, no cancellations or returns.

Q - Do you wholesale?

A - not right now, sorry.


Q - Do you take custom orders?

A - Not usually, but occasionally. If I don't have any listings for custom dolls it means I am not taking custom orders right now, except from the wait list. If you'd like to be added to my wait list please email me what type of doll you'd like, your name, and email, and I will contact you when I have an opening. Custom pricing quotes are unavailable until I'm ready to take orders.


Q - When is your next restock date?

A - Check instagram.com/libertylavenderdolls , I usually post there when I am going to have a restock!


Q - How long before it ships?

A - For ready to ship items Usually 1 to 3 business days unless there is some delay or you request that I wait to ship. For made-to-order or custom items it will be longer, please check the product  listing for more information.

For the surprise dolls, it depends but it will be less than a month between receipt of payment and the doll being shipped to you.
